Coldwell Banker Commercial Seaboard Properties brokered the 90 acre $2,025,000 land transfer for the new Wal-Mart Superstore & the $750,000 land transfer of the 2.0 acres, which was developed as a Walgreen's Pharmacy on Main Street in Darlington.
