Coldwell Banker Commercial Seaboard Properties is pleased to announce the recent sale of the Magnolia Trace Apartment complex located on Oakland Avenue in Florence, SC.  Magnolia Trace is a 144-unit multi-family project, partially subsidized and located on the city's North side.  Brokers George Wilds & Paul Barnes were responsible for the property's $3.5 million transfer on June 1, 2008.
