CBCSP Negotiates 5-Year Lease

George Wilds, Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Seaboard Properties negotiates a 5-year/25,000 SF lease at The Hartsville Mall to World Fitness Gym.  This facility will be the sixth location for owner, Curtis Boyd.  Other locations include Florence, Darlington, McBee, and Cheraw.
